Great Dane is seeking an HR Manager to partner with Plant Leadership and align people strategies with business goals. The role drives workforce capability, employee engagement, safety performance, and leadership development on the plant floor.

The position covers talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, planning, and organizational effectiveness, with a focus on data-driven decisions and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, talent management, and planning.
• Ability to influence leaders and drive business results through people strategies.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Plant Manager and leadership on HR matters.
• Align HR initiatives to plant objectives, labor safety goals, and productivity targets.
• Lead workforce planning and talent acquisition to meet current and future needs.
• Coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
• Conduct investigations and resolve concerns in compliance with laws and policies.
• Maintain accurate HR metrics and manage HR programs and systems.
