Responsibilities include partnering with leaders, delivering on-site HC services, training leaders, conducting deep-dive analytics, and guiding investigations while maintaining 24/7 on-call readiness and 20-30% travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience with HR certification.
• Minimum five years of directly relevant HR experience.
• Valid driver's license and insurability may be required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Willingness to travel up to 20-30% and on-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Build trust-based, collaborative relationships with leadership and customer groups.
• Serve as primary contact between HCM and business units, guiding HR issues.
• Advise leadership on mitigating legal risk and HR concerns.
• Deliver on-site HR services and communicate HC initiatives organization-wide.
• Conduct organizational Deep Dives: data collection, analysis, and recommendations.
• Identify gaps and conduct risk assessments to drive improvements.
• Support business strategy with talent, structures, and processes.
• Participate in strategic planning to meet goals.
• Maintain departmental metrics for regulatory reporting.
• Analyze trends with HC to develop programs and policies.
• Develop and deliver annual leadership training on updates with impact.
• Create and update Management Essentials content and materials.
• Engage in Facilitated Conversations to understand deeper issues.
• Stay current on HC policies and regulations; communicate updates.
• Partner with HC to deliver comprehensive internal solutions.
• Provide guidance on development opportunities and performance standards.
• Manage ADA, reasonable accommodation processes and requests.
• Drive performance management activities (goals, reviews, development).
• Coordinate 24/7 on-call coverage and travel 20-30% as needed.
• Support CAP and CLIA inspectors for assigned areas.
