US PharmaLab Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor across multiple sites. You will align HR initiatives with business goals, lead workforce planning, employee relations, and development programs while ensuring policy adherence and safe, compliant operations.

You will partner with leadership on talent reviews, succession planning, and compensation decisions, supported by HR analytics and change-management efforts.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 7 to 9+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong background in employee relations, talent management, and Training & Development.
• Experience in manufacturing or regulated environments preferred.
• HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred.

• Partner with leadership across sites to align HR strategy with goals.
• Drive workforce planning and organizational design across locations.
• Serve as escalation point for complex employee relations matters.
• Lead performance management and calibration discussions.
• Coach leaders on performance and development.
• Drive talent review and succession planning processes.
• Utilize HR data to inform decisions and improve performance.
• Lead change initiatives and ensure adoption of new processes.
• Support salary planning, promotions, and compensation decisions.
• Ensure efficient HR service delivery across locations.
• Partner with Training to identify skill gaps and capability building.
