Job summary

Core Laboratories Inc. is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to collaborate with business leaders in Godley, TX, delivering strategic HR support across multiple disciplines.

You will influence decisions, address workforce challenges, and drive initiatives aligned with organizational goals. The role requires broad HR expertise, strong relationship-building, and the ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field preferred; High School diploma required.
• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP or similar advisory role across multiple HR disciplines.
• Professional HR certification preferred (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR; SHRM-CP, PHR).

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand strategic objectives, workforce challenges, and talent needs.
• Provide HR guidance on talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and workforce planning.
• Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning and identification of high-potential talent.
• Advise managers on employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, investigations, and grievances.
• Support organizational change initiatives with change management guidance.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.
• Collaborate to develop and implement consistent HR policies across the organization.
• Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
