Job summary

CORE LABORATORIES LP is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to collaborate with business leaders across client groups, offering strategic and tactical HR support aligned with organizational goals. The role emphasizes strong HR expertise, business acumen, and stakeholder relationship-building to influence policies and practices.

The position requires leading talent management, succession planning, and change initiatives while ensuring compliance with employment laws and corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred; high school diploma required.
• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience in an HR business partner or advisory role.
• Professional HR certification preferred (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, SHRM-CP, PHR).

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand objectives, workforce needs, and talent gaps.
• Provide guidance on talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning and development of high-potential talent.
• Advise managers on employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Support organizational change initiatives with change management expertise.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws.
• Collaborate to develop and implement fair, consistent HR practices.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Perform other duties as required.
