Job summary

TridentCare in Denver, CO is seeking an experienced HR leader to partner with business leadership, aligning talent strategies with operational priorities and driving workforce initiatives that support growth and resilience.

You will advise on employee relations, organizational development, succession planning, performance management, and regulatory compliance, helping leaders communicate changes and elevate engagement across sites. Healthcare experience and HR certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or related relevant experience.
• 5–8 years progressive HR experience.
• Multi-state employment experience; CA experience required.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, talent management, OD and employment law.
• Experience partnering with leaders in multi-site or fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with HRIS/payroll systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leadership to align talent strategies with priorities.
• Advise leaders on employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and planning.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, investigations, coaching, and performance management.
• Support succession planning, leadership development, and talent reviews.
• Manage annual performance cycle and development planning.
• Collaborate on staffing needs, recruitment strategies, and candidate selection.
• Support change initiatives and effective communication of transitions.
• Interpret and apply HR policies and employment laws consistently.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Serve as a resource on HR programs, benefits, leave, and workplace concerns.
• Maintain HR records and process personnel actions in HRIS/payroll.
• Analyze HR trends and workforce data for decision-making.
• Partner to implement enterprise-wide HR initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Promote a positive, high-performance culture aligned with company values.
