The Human Resources Manager at TRIUN3 will blend strategic HR consulting with hands-on implementation to provide clients with tools, systems, and guidance to foster engaged, compliant, high-performing teams. This role acts as the primary HR contact for assigned clients, supporting onboarding, performance management, benefits, and employee relations.

We seek a professional with 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, strong knowledge of labor laws, and proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.

Qualifikationen

• PHR or SHRM certification strongly preferred (or willingness to obtain within first year).
• 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, including multi-state HR management.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% to client locations.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen and respond to the needs of others.
• Proven employee relations skills with the ability to stay calm in stressful situations and manage conflict effectively.
• Strong morals, ethics, and good judgment aligned with TRIUN3’s vision and mission.
• Strong process and systems mindset to drive scalable HR initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned client organizations, providing HR guidance, support, and solutions in areas such as onboarding, performance management, benefits, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR initiatives in line with client objectives.
• Provide administrative leadership to the HRMS.
• Ensure client HR practices comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws across multiple jurisdictions.
• Advise client leadership on policy development, employee engagement, and organizational culture.
• Maintain accurate client HR documentation, records, and compliance reports.
• Deliver HR training, resources, and communications to client teams as needed.
• Perform annual compensation and benefits evaluations and facilitate renewal and open enrollment processes, seeking cost optimization while offering competitive packages.
• Perform systems/process evaluation and implement enhancements to improve efficiency.
• Manage HR vendor contracts and relationships with external partners.
• Prepare reports and analyses as requested.
• Support recruitment and onboarding for internal TRIUN3 positions.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all employee and client interactions.
