Cerity Partners is seeking a Human Capital Business Partner to align HR initiatives with business goals. You will collaborate with senior leaders on colleague relations, talent management, and program delivery, while developing workforce planning skills and organizational development.

In this role you will drive data-driven insights, support policy enforcement, and assist with change initiatives across units. Travel up to 10% may be required as business needs dictate.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years HR experience.
• Experience across colleague relations, talent management, or HRIS.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for business needs.
• Strong relationship building and discreet handling of information.
