Core Laboratories in Texas seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to collaborate with business leaders and managers, delivering strategic HR solutions aligned with organizational goals. The role requires influencing, integrity, and a broad HR expertise across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities include partnering with leaders on talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, and organizational development.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of progressive HR experience including HRBP or advisory roles across multiple HR disciplines
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field preferred; High School diploma required
• Professional HR certification preferred (SHRM-SCP or SPHR; SHRM-CP or PHR)

Responsabilités

• Partner with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and talent needs
• Provide HR guidance on talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, OD, and workforce planning
• Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning and high-potential development
• Advise managers on employee relations, including investigations and performance improvement plans
• Support change initiatives such as restructurings and process improvements
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws
• Collaborate to develop and implement fair, consistent HR practices
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and opportunities
• Perform other duties as required
