Job summary

Ascension is seeking a senior HR leader in Austin, TX to provide strategic support and leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and to operationalize human capital strategies in support of operational results and leader accountability.

You will partner with senior leadership to align initiatives and programs that cultivate a high-performance culture, ensure delivery of HR services, and collaborate with national resources to shape a local workforce strategy using analytics.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience required. 7 years experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic support and leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, deliver outcomes tied to the Ascension Strategic Plan, and operationalize human capital strategies.
• Partner with senior leadership teams to align initiatives and programs that cultivate a culture of high performance.
• Ensure the effective delivery of HR services and support to drive a consumer-centric culture, business outcomes, and leader accountability.
• Support strategic priorities of the market or local ministry/region/line of business.
• Collaborate with national HR resources to articulate the local workforce strategy and use analytics to forecast and improve the associate experience.
