Job summary

Mace is seeking a senior HR professional to partner with business leaders on strategy, organisation and people plans in Austin. You will drive change, workforce planning, and recruitment initiatives, translating business goals into workforce actions.

You will use data insights to improve performance and inclusion, lead ER and wellbeing initiatives, and ensure compliant, future-ready people strategies across the full employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Senior HR professional with deep expertise across the full employee lifecycle.
• Advanced capability in people strategy, talent, reward, change and workforce planning.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and organisational design.
• Degree-level HR qualification and CIPD chartered membership (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders on strategy, organisation and people plans.
• Drive change, OD initiatives and risk analysis.
• Use data insights to strengthen performance and inclusion.
• Direct workforce planning, mobilisation and resource decisions.
• Enable effective recruitment and onboarding.
• Build leadership capability across performance, ER and wellbeing.
• Support talent, reward and engagement delivery.
• Direct HR projects and contribute to net-zero aligned people actions.
