• Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience as a strategic business partner in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Strong ability to advise and influence leaders and translate business objectives into people strategies.

Responsibilities

• Build consultative partnerships with client groups and act as HR advisor to leaders and employees.
• Define and execute people strategies supporting short- and long-term priorities, including workforce planning and organizational design.
• Coach leaders and employees to identify development opportunities and connect them to resources and programs.
• Lead change management efforts and maintain trust and engagement through organizational change.
• Support performance management, calibration, and development planning with leaders.
• Collaborate with Employee Relations, Labor Relations, and HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions.
• Use data analytics to identify trends, measure impact, and inform recommendations.
