A Senior Human Resources Specialist is sought to serve as a trusted HR partner within the Austin office of a leading AmLaw 100 global law firm, known for complex corporate, private equity, M&A, litigation and finance matters.

You will guide attorneys and business professionals through onboarding, engagement, mobility, transfers, and offboarding, ensuring interactions reflect the firm’s excellence. Collaborate with HR leadership to support strategic talent initiatives and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years progressive HR experience in a professional services or fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, onboarding, engagement, and HR operations.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary HR resource for attorneys, business professionals, and office leadership.
• Lead lifecycle moments: onboarding, integration, engagement, mobility, transfers and offboarding.
• Develop and execute programs fostering wellbeing, inclusion and community involvement while maintaining a high-performing culture.
• Coordinate with HR leadership to support strategic talent initiatives and office priorities.
• Handle employee relations issues, confidential documentation, payroll support, and compliance with firm policies.
