Job summary

Ascension Health is seeking a senior HR leader to drive organizational effectiveness across a large healthcare system. You will partner with executive teams to align human capital strategies with the Ascension Strategic Plan and regional market needs.

You will lead the delivery of HR services, workforce planning, analytics, and programs that foster a high-performance culture, accountability, and a consumer-centric workforce experience across the ministry.

Qualifications

5 years HR experience required; 7 years preferred.
Experience translating strategy into workforce initiatives.
Ability to collaborate with senior leaders and national HR resources.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic support and leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, linked to the Ascension Strategic Plan.
Partner with senior leadership to align national initiatives with local workforce needs.
Ensure effective delivery of HR services and support to drive consumer-centric outcomes.
Support market-level strategic priorities and workforce planning.
Collaborate with national HR to forecast and improve associate experience and workforce strategy.
