Job summary

FirstCall Mechanical in Austin, TX is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to partner with operational leaders across the region. The role drives proactive talent planning, acquisition and management, employee relations, and policy program administration to support growth and organizational development.

The HRBP will participate in projects, support training initiatives, and collaborate with the HR Operations Team on benefits and total rewards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business management or related discipline, or equivalent years of HRBP experience.
• 5–7 years HR generalist or HRBP experience in a multi-site environment.
• Experience in mechanical services or critical systems industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day coaching to leadership on talent management, employee relations, policy interpretation and organizational alignment.
• Leads talent acquisition analysis and collaborates with recruiting to design strategies for current and future needs.
• Participates in recruitment campaigns, job fairs, college relations and builds a robust candidate pipeline.
• Collaborates with onboarding to ensure efficient and effective hiring processes.
• Analyzes trends with HR peers to develop proactive talent solutions.
• Supports development programs, performance management, training and education adoption.
• Supports benefits and total rewards administration with management and HR teams.
• Assist with new company integration activities including onboarding and talent development.
