Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meets regularly with business group leaders to stay informed of group needs and inform the group of HR initiatives.
• Maintains knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees to reduce legal risks and ensure compliance.
• Provides guidance on performance management, evaluation, compensation, recognition programs and training.
