In this strategic role you will support staffing, performance and rewards, resolve employee issues with HR Partners, and collaborate with business leads in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. This position emphasizes talent development, retention initiatives, and stakeholder communication to balance costs with growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in strategic HR partnering, talent management, workforce planning, or staffing in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) and familiarity with Power Automate.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled HR/tools and ability to learn new AI capabilities as they evolve.

Responsibilities

• Support employees in staffing, scheduling, and resource deployment activities.
• Partner with Business Leads and HR Partners to develop staffing strategies for assigned pools.
• Assist with performance and rewards processes for our people.
• Help resolve issues with HR Partners or Employee Relations as needed.
• Understand development strategies, career pathing, and learning programs that support long-term talent growth.
• Identify attrition trends and support retention initiatives.
