Qualifications

3+ years of experience in strategic HR partnering, talent management, workforce planning, or staffing in a consulting or fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) and familiarity with Power Automate.
Familiarity with AI-enabled tools for HR, scheduling, analytics, or productivity; ability to learn and apply new AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

Support employees in staffing and scheduling processes and resource deployment activities.
Partner with Business Leads and HR Business Partners to develop staffing strategies for assigned pools, including upcoming roll-offs.
Assist with performance & rewards processes for our people and resolve issues with HRBP/Employee Relations as needed.
Understand employee development strategies, career paths, and learning programs that support long-term talent growth.
Recognize attrition trends and support retention initiatives.
