ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks an experienced Human Resources Generalist to align business objectives with employees and management across designated groups. This role partners with HR to deliver value-added services and guides managers on performance, compensation, recognition, and training.

The position requires 5–10 years of HR experience, a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, and PHR/SPHR preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Admin or related field or equivalent experience.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in HR or a specific HR discipline.

Responsabilités

• Aligns business objectives with employees and management across multiple groups.
• Partners with HR to deliver value-added services to management and employees reflecting business objectives.
• Advises managers on performance management, compensation, recognition programs and training.
• Investigates employee relations issues and conducts thorough investigations.
• Improves work relationships, morale, and retention across the organization.
• Supports career development, staffing initiatives, and ethics and performance management programs.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and reduces legal risks by interpreting HR policies.
