Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• PHR, SPHR, or related HR Certification preferred
• 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources or a specific HR discipline.

Responsibilities

• Meets regularly with business group leaders to stay informed of group needs and HR initiatives.
• Maintains knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees and regulatory compliance.
• Provides guidance on performance management, evaluation, compensation, recognition programs and training.
• Interprets HR policies and counsels employees on work-related issues.
• Manages complex employee relations issues and conducts thorough investigations.
• Researches and analyzes data; prepares recommendations on projects.
• Partners with the broader HR team to share best practices and enhance HR effectiveness.
• Participates in orientation and exit interviews to understand attrition trends and address them.
• Recommends strategies to motivate and engage employees and supports change management.
• Implements processes related to career development, staffing initiatives, employee relations, ethics and performance management.
• Works with management to improve relationships, morale, productivity and retention.
• Supports training needs for programs and may deliver non-operational training.
