Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• PHR, SPHR, or related HR Certification preferred
• 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources or a specific HR discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication, including presentations and training.
• Experience developing, implementing, and supporting HR programs, policies and procedures.
• Consulting skills to understand internal client needs and explain HR processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a matrixed organization.
• Experience using HR related AI Tools.

Responsibilities

• Meets regularly with business group leaders to stay informed of their needs and inform them of HR initiatives.
• Maintains knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees and compliance.
• Provides guidance on performance management, evaluation, compensation, and training.
• Interprets HR policies for supervision and employee concerns.
• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues and conducts investigations.
• Performs research, analyzes data, and prepares recommendations on projects.
• Partners with the HR team to share best practices and enhance performance.
• Participates in new employee orientation and exit interviews to address attrition trends.
