Job summary

This role provides guidance on performance, compensation, and talent development, partnering with the HR function to deliver value-added services.

You will work with group leaders, ensure legal compliance, manage employee relations, and drive change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in HR/Business Admin.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• 5–10 years of HR experience in a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Meets regularly with business group leaders to stay informed of group needs and HR initiatives.
• Maintains knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management and compliance.
• Guides managers on performance management, compensation, recognition, and training.
• Interprets HR policies for supervision and counsels employees on work issues.
• Manages complex employee relations issues and conducts investigations.
• Conducts research, analyzes data, and prepares recommendations on projects.
• Partners with the broader HR team and shares best practices.
• Participates in orientation of new employees and exit interviews to understand attrition.
