ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks an HR professional to align objectives across HR functions within designated business groups. The role partners with leadership to deliver value-added HR services and to support performance, compensation, and training programs.

The candidate will handle employee relations, policy interpretation, and investigations while contributing to change management and culture initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related field or equivalent experience.
• PHR/SPHR or related HR certification preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in Human Resources or a specific HR discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Align business objectives with HR services for designated groups.
• Partner with HR to deliver value-added service reflecting business objectives.
• Meet with business group leaders to understand needs and inform HR initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide guidance on performance, compensation, recognition, and training.
• Investigate employee relations issues and conduct thorough investigations.
• Analyze data and prepare recommendations on projects.
• Support change management and culture initiatives.
• Improve work relationships to increase productivity and retention.
• Assist in career development, staffing initiatives, employee relations, ethics, and performance management.
• Coordinate training needs and deliver non-operational training.
