Responsibilities

• Meets with business group leaders to understand needs and communicate HR initiatives.
• Maintains knowledge of legal requirements to reduce risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Guides managers on performance management, compensation, recognition, and training.
• Interprets HR policies and counsels employees on work-related issues.
• Manages and investigates complex employee relations issues.
• Conducts research, analyzes data, and prepares recommendations for projects.
• Partners with HR to share best practices and improve team effectiveness.
• Participates in orientation and exit interviews to address attrition and trends.
• Recommends strategies to engage employees and support change initiatives.
• Works with management to improve relationships, morale, productivity, and retention.
