Acara Solutions in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support a large, unionized workforce within a dynamic operational environment. You will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, driving HR strategy, employee relations, workforce planning, talent development, labor relations, and compliance initiatives for approximately 140 staff.

Qualificações

• 5+ years HR experience in operational, manufacturing, transportation, or service environments.
• 2+ years California employment law and HR compliance experience.
• 3+ years labor relations and union experience.
• 5+ years HR generalist experience covering employee relations, performance management, talent development, compensation, and workforce planning.
• 2+ years recruitment, workforce planning, and succession planning experience.
• 2+ years advising managers on employee relations, employment law, and HR policy matters.
• 1+ years using HR metrics, reporting, and workforce analytics.
• 1+ years supporting compensation, salary review, incentive, or total rewards programs.
• 1+ years in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with managers and employees to advise on employee relations, HR policies, labor relations, and performance management.
• Develop workforce plans, support recruiting, and meet staffing needs across the organization.
• Lead talent management initiatives including performance reviews, succession planning, training, and development programs.
• Assist with compensation, salary reviews, incentives, and total rewards programs.
• Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to support business decisions and improve effectiveness.
• Collaborate with leadership, unions, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with employment laws and labor agreements.
