Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years HR experience, including HR Business Partner responsibilities.
• Hands-on experience with UKG Ready HRIS.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment law.
• Experience managing employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Experience supporting performance management and talent development initiatives.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and workforce needs.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
• Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to management on people-related matters.
• Manage complex employee relations issues and conduct thorough workplace investigations.
• Provide coaching and support to managers regarding performance concerns and employee issues.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and ensure fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
• Lead and support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.
• Coach managers on employee development and succession planning strategies and support leadership development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Advise leadership on labor and employment law matters, including wage and hour compliance, leaves of absence, and workplace standards.
• Mitigate organizational risk through proactive HR guidance.
• Partner with leadership to drive employee engagement initiatives and support change management and organizational transformation efforts.
• Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics and recommend strategies to improve employee experience, retention, and productivity.
• Support recruitment efforts for key and critical business positions.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR programs and processes.
• Collaborate with HR team members on continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Support HR systems and technology utilization to improve operational efficiency.
