Job summary

Acara Solutions is seeking an HR Business Partner for our client in Newport Beach, California. This full-time, on-site role reports to the Human Resources function and requires 7–10 years of HR experience within manufacturing or similar environments.

The HRBP will advise leaders, manage employee relations, workforce planning, and change management while ensuring compliance with federal and California employment laws. On-site Monday–Friday, 85k–120k salary range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and professional experience will be considered.
• Must have working knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including California regulations.
• Typically, 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including experience supporting business leaders as an HR Business Partner.
• Strong employee relations, investigation, and performance management experience.
• Experience with employment-based immigration matters (work authorization, visa sponsorship, compliance).
• Experience working in a global organization across multiple countries, cultures, and functions.

Acara Solutions is looking for an HR Business Partner for one of our clients in Newport Beach, California.

This is a full-time, 100% on-site role based out of the Newport Beach office, Monday through Friday.

Compensation: $85,000 - $120,000

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to leaders and employees within assigned client groups. This role collaborates closely with business leaders to align people strategies with operational objectives while fostering a high performing, engaged, and compliant workplace.

The HRBP provides guidance and support across key Human Resources functions, including employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, change management, and compliance. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
