Acara Solutions is seeking an HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to leaders and employees at a Newport Beach, CA site. This full-time, on-site role supports employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will bring 7–10 years of HR experience, deep knowledge of federal/state employment laws (California), and experience with immigration matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including California regulations.
• Experience with employment-based immigration matters and compliance.
• Experience in manufacturing, high-tech, or unionized environments preferred.

Acara Solutions is looking for an HR Business Partner for one of our clients in Newport Beach, California.

This is a full-time, 100% on-site role based out of the Newport Beach office, Monday through Friday.

Compensation: $85,000 - $120,000

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to leaders and employees within assigned client groups. This role collaborates closely with business leaders to align people strategies with operational objectives while fostering a high performing, engaged, and compliant workplace.

The HRBP provides guidance and support across key Human Resources functions, including employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, change management, and compliance. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and professional experience will be considered.
• Must have working knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including California employment regulations.
• Typically, 7-10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience supporting business leaders as an HR Business Partner.
• Strong employee relations, investigation, and performance management experience.
• Experience supporting employment‑based immigration matters, including work authorization, visa sponsorship, and related compliance requirements.
• Experience working within a global organization and partnering effectively across multiple countries, cultures, and business functions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in manufacturing, high‑tech, or unionized environments preferred.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and work independently with minimal supervision.
