Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking an HR Partner to execute a strategy that optimizes human capital and supports business unit objectives. You will partner with People Operations and COEs to create a safe environment for teams and leverage our Employee Value Proposition.

You will focus on retention and development, influence team member behavior toward safety and HR principles, and drive business results through strong program design and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field; equivalent work experience considered.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to adapt communication style.

Responsibilities

• Provide input and implement HR strategy to drive the organization's vision.
• Assist in the development and implementation of plans and programs to ensure effective utilization of HR resources.
• Identify and correct risk patterns in EEO and AA using available resources.
• Champion EID initiatives and promote feedback-driven improvements.
• Coach leadership to enhance development and decision making for performance.
