Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. in Springdale, AR seeks an HR Generalist to partner with business teams to implement and administer HR programs across talent management, employee relations, performance management, and development.

You will be the first line of support for day-to-day inquiries and help coach on routine matters with a customer-centric approach. The role collaborates with People Operations and HR Centers of Expertise, supports onboarding, compensation processes, benefits enrollment, and policy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field preferred.
• 2-4 years HR experience in HRBP environment preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with HRIS, onboarding, compensation, benefits, and policy interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and business teams to execute HR programs.
• Provide counsel on policies and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.
• Support onboarding, orientation, compensation, performance processes, and benefits enrollment.
• Assist in Talent Development, career development, and change management initiatives.
• Lead or participate in onboarding for new hires and support performance planning.
• Conduct workplace investigations and track responses to claims.
• Own HR reporting, data analysis, and employee transactions.
• Support retention and engagement initiatives across the business.
