Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years HR experience in an HR business partner environment preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in conflict resolution and HR project work; strong relationship-building and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Participate as a member of the Human Resources team and execute against organizational business plans.
• Perform broad HR responsibilities to support policies and programs, including onboarding, orientation, compensation, performance appraisal, benefits management, affirmative action, EEO, investigations, and HRIS.
• Provide counsel on policy interpretation and application to managers and team members, ensuring compliance with laws.
• Support HR initiatives involving culture change, talent development, leadership development, and career development; deliver classroom training.
• Lead onboarding with Talent Acquisition for supported groups and collaborate with leadership on performance plans and documentation.
• Conduct workplace investigations and manage claims tracking and responses.
• Handle HR reporting, data analysis, exit processes, and employee transactions; assist in communications and data gathering.
