Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source top talent for our Prepared Foods unit. You will drive sourcing strategies, manage full life cycle recruiting, and partner with department heads to meet hiring needs.

The role requires 3+ years in HR/TA, strong communication, and experience with LinkedIn sourcing. Travel as needed. Based in the United States, Arkansas region, with on-site work at Tyson facilities.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years in HR or Talent Acquisition; at least 1 year sourcing/full-life cycle recruiting.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Create and lead sourcing strategies tailored to meet needs of various roles.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with department heads and senior management to fulfill recruitment needs.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal clients as trusted advisor on recruitment.
