Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking an HR Partner for the B Shift at the Finney County plant in Holcomb, KS. The role focuses on contributing to business results by retaining and developing team members and partnering with People Operations and COEs.

You will help implement onboarding plans, drive HR initiatives, and coach leadership to improve performance while ensuring safety and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to protect confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide input and implement HR strategy to drive the organization’s vision.
• Assist in development and implementation of plans to ensure effective utilization of HR.
• Identify patterns that may lead to team member dissatisfaction and develop strategies to address.
