Job summary

Tyson Foods' Finney County Plant in Holcomb, KS seeks a Senior HR Partner to align people strategies with business priorities and drive retention and development using data-driven insights. You will collaborate with leadership, People Operations, and COEs to shape on-boarding, safety and organizational culture.

The role requires 5+ years HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, and strong communication and analytical skills to influence across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, organizational psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years relevant work experience.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence across all levels within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategy for 1-2 year horizon.
• Coach leaders (Director – SVPs) on development and decision making.
• Partner with COE and People Operations on onboarding and orientation.
• Lead workforce shaping strategy with long-term focus and analytics.
• Manage grievances and coordinate with Labor Relations COE.
