Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner at the St Joseph Plant in Missouri. This role partners with leadership to execute HR strategy, foster a safe work environment, and strengthen the Employee Value Proposition while focusing on retention and development.

You will collaborate with People Operations and COEs on onboarding, workforce planning, and program design, manage employee relations and grievances, and drive HR initiatives that align with business goals and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent work experience.
3+ years relevant work experience.
Strong written, verbal and presentation communication; ability to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategy to drive the organization's vision.
Coach leaders to improve performance and decision making.
Partner with COE and People Operations on onboarding and orientation for new team members.
Manage grievances and communicate potential contract/CBAs implications with LR COE.
Identify patterns of behavior affecting team morale and address proactively.
Drive HR programs to achieve ROI targets and support EVP/talent enablement.
