Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking an HR Partner to execute a strategy that optimizes human capital and aligns with business unit objectives. You will partner with People Operations and COEs to create a safe environment and leverage our Employee Value Proposition to drive retention and development across teams.

You will coach leadership, design onboarding experiences, and collaborate on workforce planning while evaluating programs against ROI.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in HR/organizational psychology.
3+ years of relevant work experience.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Provide input and implement HR strategy to drive the organization’s vision.
Assist in development and implementation of plans to ensure effective HR utilization.
Influence team member behavior to promote safety and HR principles.
Identify and correct risk patterns in EEO/AA using available resources.
Champion EID initiatives and onboard new team members with COO/People Ops inputs.
Develop networks for feedback used in corrective actions under adverse conditions.
Coach leadership development and decision making to improve performance.
Collaborate with COE and People Operations on onboarding experience.
