Job summary

Amazon is seeking an HR Business Partner within its People eXperience and Technology (PXT) organization in California. You will provide HR generalist support to a large hourly workforce and business leaders, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and operational excellence on site.

You will leverage data-driven insights and HR metrics to drive business impact, lead projects that improve the employee experience, and coach leaders to build inclusive, high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of human resources experience or equivalent experiences (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing).
• Experience supporting and/or leading employee-focused processes such as onboarding, benefits, investigations, training and/or talent management.

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying patterns and aligning with policy while minimizing risk.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and drive improvements in employee experience and business performance.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs; maintain floor presence to gather insights.
• Coach leaders on people management, performance feedback, and development; support inclusive, high-performing teams.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement.
• Drive adoption of HR technology solutions, AI, and self-service tools to enhance user experience.
