Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join the People eXperience and Technology (PXT) team onsite at an Amazon facility. You will partner with local leadership to align HR strategy, foster leadership development, and elevate employee experience across operations.

You will lead a diverse HR team, drive data-informed decisions with analytics and AI, and implement initiatives that strengthen organizational health and inclusion while delivering high-touch support for sensitive employee

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon experience
5+ years of human resources or mix of equivalent experiences
Experience using data analysis to drive business decisions
Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a diverse team of HR professionals, coaching them to become strategic partners
Drive risk identification and mitigation with early warning systems and data insights
Shape the strategic vision for employee experience and organizational health
Partner with business leadership to develop integrated talent strategies and succession planning
Lead analytics and AI adoption to uncover patterns and inform decisions
Set goals for culture transformation and strengthen organizational health and leadership effectiveness
Drive HR technology adoption to improve efficiency while maintaining high-touch support
