Job summary

Amazon's PXT team seeks an HR Business Partner to provide generalist HR support to a large hourly population and business leaders. You will drive talent management, employee engagement, and operational excellence using data-driven insights.

Partner with leaders to deliver initiatives, coach on people management, and lead projects that enhance the employee experience. This role requires onsite presence at an Amazon facility and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience in a related role.
• Experience supporting onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.
• Ability to build strong partnerships with business leaders and manage complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness while ensuring policy compliance and fair application.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and drive practical improvements in engagement and performance.
• Coach leaders on performance, development, and employee relations matters.
• Support equitable talent practices across selection and advancement.
