Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join the People eXperience and Technology (PXT) team onsite at a facility in California. You will balance strategic leadership with hands-on HR support, partnering with local and centralized teams to optimize employee experience, culture, and change management initiatives.

You will use data analytics and AI-enabled tools to identify trends, enable scalable HR solutions, and support processes such as investigations and talent management while

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
5+ years of human resources experience or equivalent experiences (operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing)
Experience using data and high-judgement to drive business decisions
Experience supporting and/or leading employee-focused processes such as onboarding, benefits, investigations, training and/or talent management

Responsibilities

Provide expertise in leadership development, employee experience, culture, and change management.
Partner with leaders to drive HR functional excellence and scalable solutions.
Lead investigations, talent management, and HR processes with data-driven decision making.
