Job summary

Align Technology is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner in the US (North Carolina/Raleigh area) to act as a strategic partner and change agent for a fast-paced field sales organization.

You will roll up your sleeves to deliver data-driven recommendations, drive talent management initiatives, and partner with Sales Directors and Managers to shape workforce strategies. This role requires strategic thinking, execution, and collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in a fast paced, high growth environment.
• Experience supporting Director level clients and driving full talent lifecycle actions.
• Strong business acumen and ability to work across different functions to integrate HR and business strategies.
• Demonstrated record of driving results and talent strategies in a fast growing organization.
• Ability to analyze data and measure key HR metrics to drive decisions.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills; able to influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Roll up your sleeves to deliver data-driven recommendations that improve performance, retention and the employee experience.
• Lead talent management, organizational design, performance management, and compensation initiatives for assigned groups.
• Partner with Sales Directors and Managers to drive talent strategy and execute HR programs.
• Coach and advise on complex employee relations issues and career development.
• Collaborate with leaders across the organization on HR processes and guidelines.
