NetApp is seeking a strategic HR professional to support our Customer Success Organization (CSO). In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to VP business leaders, shaping people and organizational strategies that accelerate business outcomes, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and enable transformational change across the organization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience.
• Experience partnering directly with VP and SVP-level leaders.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale business and culture transformation or operating model change initiatives.
• Proven experience influencing executive decisions in complex environments.
• Strong track record translating business strategy into measurable people outcomes.
• Experience supporting global, matrixed organizations across geographies and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to VP business leaders by translating CSO priorities into people strategies.
• Facilitate senior leadership team effectiveness through alignment and decision quality.
• Lead organizational transformation efforts including operating model shifts and capability modernization.
• Partner with CSO leaders to redesign work across people, AI, and automation.
• Coach senior leaders to maximize impact and leadership performance.
• Design talent and succession strategies to strengthen leadership depth.
• Shape and steward a high-performance culture aligned with company values.
• Synthesize data into actionable insights influencing executive decisions.
• Act as the integrator across HR COEs and key stakeholders.
