NetApp in Raleigh, NC is seeking a strategic HR leader to partner with the Customer Success Organization, translating business priorities into people initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and transformation in an AI-enabled environment.

In this hybrid role, you will work directly with VP and SVP leaders to shape leadership capacity, operating models, and talent strategies, align culture with performance, and deliver measurable outcomes across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience.
• Experience partnering directly with VP and SVP-level leaders.
• Proven success leading large-scale business and culture transformation initiatives.
• Experience influencing executive decisions in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Strong track record translating business strategy into measurable people outcomes.
• Experience supporting global, matrixed organizations across geographies and cultures.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a strategic advisor to VP business leaders by translating CSO priorities into people strategies that improve organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
• Facilitate senior leadership team effectiveness through alignment, decision quality, accountability, and role clarity.
• Lead organizational transformation efforts, including operating model shifts and capability modernization.
• Partner with CSO leaders to redesign work across people, AI, and automation with future-ready operating models.
• Establish a repeatable framework for AI–human workflow design projects across the enterprise.
• Coach senior leaders to maximize impact and strengthen leadership performance.
• Design talent and succession strategies to strengthen leadership depth and capability.
• Shape and steward a high-performance culture aligned with company values and performance expectations.
• Synthesize people data and market intelligence into actionable executive insights and risk mitigation.
• Act as the integrator across the business, HR COEs, and stakeholder groups for coordinated, high-impact solutions.
• Influence enterprise HR and strategic workforce priorities through cross-functional collaboration.
