Job summary

Insight Global in Durham, NC seeks a Sr. HR Business Partner to partner with cross-functional leaders, deliver core HR services, and drive staffing, development, and talent management initiatives.

You will influence organizational outcomes, support DEI-focused programs, and lead workforce planning in a matrixed environment. The role emphasizes strategic thinking, strong communication, and experience across pharma/CDMO/manufacturing settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 8+ years of HR experience, ideally as an HR Business Partner.
• General knowledge of local employment law, HR policies and best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
• Prior HRBP experience in pharma/CDMO/manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy HR strategies aligned with business goals to promote engagement and learning.
• Drive talent management initiatives including workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.
• Identify HR opportunities and provide insights and solutions to foster DEI and inclusion.
• Guide leaders on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
• Partner with HR COEs to deliver HR programs and projects efficiently at local and corporate levels.
• Use HR analytics to inform decisions, identify trends, and ensure fair HR practices.
• Coach leaders on people management and timely execution of HR processes.
