Job summary
Convergint Technologies, LLC is seeking a Strategic HR Business Partner with 5-7 years of experience to partner with senior leaders across business units in the South Central US. You will drive people strategy, align HR initiatives with business goals, and deliver actionable insights to boost performance in a fast-growing environment.
This remote-based role (Texas) requires strong influencing skills, mastery of employment law, and the ability to leverage HR COEs for Talent, Inclusion &
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of progressive HR experience with focus on strategic HR business partnership
- Experience partnering with leadership across multiple business units
- Strong understanding of employment laws at federal, state and local levels
- Ability to leverage HR COEs to deliver integrated HR solutions
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Provide advisory support to leadership across levels from front-line to executives
- Identify people-related challenges and opportunities and guide strategic solutions
- Ensure HR programs align with business goals and HR COEs drive execution
- Support M&A activities including due diligence, integration and change management
