Job summary

You will partner with business leaders to deliver HR initiatives, develop talent programs, and lead or mentor entry-level HR staff while focusing on an inclusive, high-performing workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• 2+ years of HR or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by addressing root causes and ensuring consistent policy application.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and drive improvements in employee experience.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
• Coach leaders on people management and employee relations.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices.
• Drive adoption of HR technology, AI, and self-service tools while maintaining high-touch service.
