Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide HR generalist support to hourly employees and business leaders. You’ll lead talent management, employee engagement, and operational excellence initiatives, using data-driven insights to improve experience and outcomes across the site.

You will partner with leaders to drive inclusive talent practices, coach on people management, and adopt HR tech and AI tools to deliver high-touch service in critical moments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon experience.
• 2+ years HR or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR generalist support to hourly employees and business leaders.
• Partner with leaders on talent management, employee engagement and culture.
• Leverage data analytics to drive improvements in employee experience and outcomes.
• Coach leaders on people management, performance and development.
• Support equitable talent practices across selection, development and advancement.
