Qualifications

• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of human resources experience or equivalent experiences (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing).

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying patterns, addressing root causes, and ensuring fair policy application with compliance.
• Use data analytics to identify trends, predict challenges, and implement proactive solutions at the site level.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs; maintain floor presence to gather insights.
• Coach business leaders on people management, feedback, and complex employee relations matters.
• Partner with leaders to ensure fair talent practices across selection and development decisions.
• Drive adoption of HR tech, AI, and self-service tools while maintaining high-touch service in critical moments.
