Job summary

Amazon is seeking an HR Business Partner for the North American Sort Center network. You will partner with leaders to drive talent management, employee engagement, and operational excellence across a large hourly population.

Responsibilities include using data analytics, guiding performance management, and leading HR initiatives with a focus on inclusive practices and employee experience. Onsite work at an Amazon facility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years of HR experience or equivalent (e.g., operations, customer service).
• Experience supporting onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying patterns and ensuring fair policy application.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
• Coach leaders on people management, performance feedback, and development.
• Partner to ensure equitable talent practices across selection and advancement.
• Drive adoption of HR technology and AI tools while delivering high-touch service.
