Target is seeking a Senior Human Resource Specialist to enable the HR operating model across our distribution and receive centers. You will deliver consistent execution of HR processes, routines, and tools while partnering with site leadership and HR colleagues to support staffing, onboarding, and compliance.

This role emphasizes day-to-day HR services, workforce routines, training recordkeeping, and a solutions-oriented approach to staff retention and engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of administrative experience
• Proficient in word processing and spreadsheets

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent execution of HR processes, routines, and tools
• Provide onboarding, workforce routines, and training recordkeeping
• Collaborate with site leadership and HR partners to support staffing, retention, and compliance needs
• Assist with staffing, onboarding, and HR process execution with a solutions-oriented mindset
